Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance, but that is not always an obstacle to working with us. Should you interview either of us and want to hire us but money is an issue, we are open to negotiation.
How frequently do I have to come?
That is entirely up to you. While we do recommend weekly sessions, some people opt for less frequent meetings.
What are your hours?
We work Monday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, with some weekday early evening hours.
Do you ever schedule sessions after hours?
We are available for emergencies and special circumstances.
Are you reachable by phone?
We are happy to take brief phone calls at home.
Is there parking?
You can park right outside the office.
Are you accessible by T?
We are a few minute’s walk from Eliot Station on the Riverside Green Line.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
If you miss an appointment because of illness, work, or some other extenuating circumstance, you can reschedule. If you miss because you forgot or didn’t want to come, you will be charged for the hour. We make every effort to be reasonable and flexible in these matters.
